아침에 치킨 3조각과 오곡밥 반공기
점심엔 MSG 없는 마마된장+구마버터 과자
4시 간식으로 바나나+고구마스틱+구마버터 과자
저녁은 굶지않고 빼볼래 먹고 참자..ㅎㅎ
62.9 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
