Counting calories has about as much sense as trying to lower your temperature by going outside, or to raise it by going to the beach. Our body doesn't really care about counting calories. Ever seen a fat wild animal? Do they count calories? Our body cares about WHERE they come from. When you eat carbs, they turn to sugar, your body stores what it cannot use immediately and you get fatter. When you eat fat and protein, this cannot happen. Eat carbs AND fat, and boy, you end up in trouble, but it isn't the fat that caused it, it was the carbs. Count the carbs, forget the calories. Over and out (for a while). Good luck all.
