well i bought some whey protein to help with my protein intake and i actually liked it! I worked out on the treadmill because it was too hot to walk outside and then drank it with skim milk when i got home. woohoo! i also bought some chicken breast, and almond milk that i noticed ppl on here saying they liked. and lowcarb yogurt. maybe all that will help some. Im also thinking about adding 100 calories to my daily intake because everyone that ive read is saying 1000 per day is too low. Im losing too fast so i know thats not good.
