This week I did REALLY well! I did "cheat" on Tuesday. My boyfriend wanted fried chicken...and he wanted us tp eat together. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to have a meal with my hunni so I only ate one fried chicken wing, one yeast roll, about a half a cup of pasta...and the rest of my plate I filled with green beans. I also took a sip of his coke. The most important thing is I didn't let that slip up hinder me. The following morning I was back on SB strictly. Well...by the looks of things the hard work is paying off!!!
