Yesterday was a good day. I had a great weight lifting work out and I cut the grass, which is always a great workout. I had a banana split, which was so good! I stayed within my calorie, fat and sodium ranges!

Yesterday's workout -
30 minutes of upper arm weights
100 crunches

Body Fat% - 22.8
Muscle Mass - 41.9
Body Water - 58.3
Bone Mass - 4.8
61.1 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
