Happy Wednesday FS friends
Not sure what happened yesterday but was super low energy so ate more fat in the form of nut butter, and more fruit. It's hard to stay hydrated in this heat and water is a bit blech, espeically by the gallon. Today I feel perfectly normal again and have been working in the yard. Ran into another ground wasps nest but this time saw the activity before I hit it. Will wait for John to return next week so I can tackle that part of the yard. I'd rather somebody be around just in case I have another incident (and to evict them from that area.
For some reason these wasps like nesting near my rose bushes by the fence. Eagle eye and caution. A bit sad actually as I like to garden with abandon, and part of my process is to simply let the mind wander whilst I do what I need to do. Vigilance doesn't exactly fit into the plan and sucks some of the zen out of it.
Looking forward to tonights dinner which is a homeburger on a keto wrap with all the fixins, cauliflower and salad on the side.
Now that it is hot out, think I'll go on a field trip into town to pick up some socks and cherries (on sale again). Turning out to be my summer vice - cherries, not socks.
