Protein jello! Blue raspberry jello mixed with 2 scoops sour cherry clear whey isolate. 400 g (2 of these) is 300 cals 25g P 55g C 0g F. It seems like all I do is chase protein and it really doesn’t show. This is super good. Maybe more protein next time…🤪
