All the best Vnilla! You don't need to feel hungry as long as you at low calorie but high volume food :) Cabbage, broccoli, butternut, green apples can keep u low on calories with big servings!

That's great news Vnilla! You should be able to manage fast days and not go (too) hungry! We'll definitely chat more once you get going. Big Boy is a great source of tips - make cabbage your friend is one that I've adopted :) - and you really can just focus on those 2 fast days to start with. I'm only on my 3rd week (6th fast today) and the weight is coming off very slowly, but steadily. If I was stricter on my non-fasting days it would come off faster. It really is so flexible. If you're diabetic though or struggle with blood sugar, it's not recommended, but check with your GP if needed. I struggle with hypoglycaemia and need to keep my food on fasting days low GI to keep full and manage my blood levels.
