Was checking my weight loss milestones and missed one last week. Goal # 3 - move from BMI Obese Class 2 (medium risk) to BMI Obese Class 1 (low risk). Long journey still ahead to get to Overweight, but one day at a time. Next goal is in sight - 220lbs. Small gap (3lbs) between these two goals but each has significance.
Meant to go grocery shopping today but forgot that it's Canada Day so stores are closed. So today will be a breakfast for dinner peameal bacon, eggs, pumpernickel bread, asparagus and cucumber. Other than radishes and pickles my fresh veggie cupboard is quite bare.
Off to do some more weed whacking/pulling.
