Went from 1500/day in May up to 1800/day in the beginning of June. In theory 1800 is fine but it's so close to my RDI that the errors in nutrition labels are enough to push one over without knowing. And it showed on the scale.
So went back to 1600/day and that got the numbers trending down again.
