The scale is holding steady again but I'm okay with that. I've had enough weight loss this week to keep me in the competition for another week so I'm happy. I added some spinach to my smoothie this morning and to be honest, I can't even taste it. I do think that we need to invest in a high quality blender since we make several smoothies a day.
