Not bad. Spent the last few days traveling from Philly to Maine, a trip that included a big party and two mornings at a bed and breakfast, where the owners had very kindly gone to the extra work of making gluten free muffins and French toast. So I was way out of my normal control freak mode... no recording food, eating carbs, having a few beers, but still trying to watch overall intake and calories... and I ended up losing a pound. It feels like a gift, and I plan to make the most out of this momentum.
