Are you also on the gain? I’m hitting between 2800-3200 calories a day, although the gains seem limited to 150-200g daily / 700-900g weekly. Not sure if you getting the same results. I’ve cut cardio completely as well.

Rick, i’m not actually on gain but ate more then usual and not 100% clean as usual so i gained a few kg. Gonna loose some weight to get smaller % of body fat .
