Good on you for removing yourself from that situation! This is the perfect place to get it all out, I've done the same plenty of times. It affects how we eat so it's important to share our journeys, to help others and seek help ourselves.

Also, see if there is an update for the app, in the past I had to hide the keyboard (I use phone also) to see the send button.

Yes, I've realised that being stressed isn't helping and I need to get away. When I spent 3 days away I felt better. But once back after just a couple of days I began to have problems of pain and exhaustion again.

The abuse from your fil is disgusting and probably making you depressed and inturn affection you physically as well as psychological. Moving and being near your family will be the first step to get back on track. Thinking of you 🙂
