What a day, I'm burning more calaries then I'm taking in but I'm not losing any weight. Anybody have any ideas?

What exercise have you done over the last few days?

You may be hanging on to extra fluid - your sodium levels are kind of high. That's the only thing I can think of at the moment. Thanks for adding me as a buddy!
