@ George, managed my first ever wattbike session now, only 20min. Not extremely comfortable but felt like a good 1st workout attempt. Have just installed the app. Legs here we come! 🦵🏻🦵🏻😁

Cool, will do. I'm also excited to see a change. Think my body is just too used to my usual routine. No jokes, I was abit scared to try the bike, but now I'm excited. But Eish... Hope my poor bum gets acquainted with the hard seat soon.

@Melissa, yes! You may want to invest in a silicone padded saddle cover or alternatively we have shorts with padding in they are just expensive for something you may not enjoy. Why do you not try some early morning fasted cardio? Or HIIT training?

Thanks will do some browsing for the seat padding. I do alot of cardio/running and then bodyweight/free weight training. Just feel I need to change it up abit.
