If I were to start, which bike in the gym? There are so many different ones. Stationary bike would be safer for me. 🤣🙈

A good place to start would be on the Watt bike. That would give you everything you would need to know if you download the app too.

I so wish I had the time to train like this... I used to cycle and it has the most amazing results! All round workout and good cardio!

Thanks Jasmine, yes we make the time to ride, it’s a passion of mine and all in the club so we are dedicated to creating time to ride, yes it’s a great all round workout and a great heart health exercise.
