Question: Does anyone know the secret to getting your weight results to record correctly in challenges? I've been doing the lose 10 lbs in a month challenge. I go to the challenge page, click on record results, enter the information and check the two progress boxes and save it. It records my weight history but the challenge has me as not having recording any results.

Does it say error after you pressed save? If it does, it's a known fatsecret bug and it could take months until they fix it. Because of that you can't really compete in challenges since it's not recording your progress. If they fix it in time, before the challenge is over it will automaticly record all of your weight loss at once.

Snezica every time I save my weight I get the error and have since the beginning. Do I need to report it to them to get it fixed? Thanks.

Ah, if it was only that simple. They do not care because it doesn't happen to all users. I have reported that error so many times. It didn't work for me for 2 months the last time, blown my challenges. Everybody thought I've given up.

I forgot to add, some people say that signing in into a different fatsecret like UK, Canada etc helped them solve the issue, for me it never did.

Thanks for the tip on logging in through another site. I was going to try it but the challenge is over and too late to weigh in on it. Oh well. I don't normally do challenges as I prefer to follow my personal plans and goals but this one was what I needed at the time to jump-start my motivation. It did the trick so it was a good thing.
