On my 7th can of Diet Coke now! I made Chocolate Chip Pecan muffins for my husband. I was getting tempted to have one, even though I’m not even a big fan of them. My husband doesn’t like to share when it comes to his muffins! So, I made some Blueberry Pecan Muffins, too, for ME. I plan to give a lot of them away. There’s a church lady in the hospital that loves them, and my husband is going to visit her tomorrow, so I’ll send a couple to her. Two will go to my MIL, and two will go to my twin friends. That takes care of six of the 12. I want to be done with however many I’m going to eat by the end of the day on Sunday. On Monday, I’m getting back on track, and I don’t want 300+ calorie muffins with 100 calories of butter around to tempt me!
