Safeway, one of our local grocery stores, has snow crab legs, large shrimp, and atlantic salmon on sale for $4.99/lb, great price. I picked up 5 lbs of crab legs...guess what's for dinner?? YUM! That with 4TBSP butter still puts me at 400 calories below RDI for the day so there's room for MORE FOOD! A gourmet meal of generous portions for less than we'd pay eating at a budget restaurant, can't beat that.
