I'm really battling to get in protein... Other than a protein powder, what can I eat that won't up the fat too much

I’m doing a low carb low fat thing at the moment and the proteins I use most often are chicken breast, tuna, lean biltong, venison or ostrich mince, butter beans, fabulite fat free yoghurt. I also found the Evox lean pro lite protein powder to be quite nice. I generally don’t love the taste of whey protein but this one seems to be mixed with soy protein and it doesn’t have that icky whey taste, but it’s still low carb low fat. I have the chocolate sundae one and it’s great.

Awesome, thanks. I have also been using chicken, tuna and ostrich. Hadn't thought of beans. Will have a look for the protein powder you suggest. Thanks for your input.
