I just lost my last post! lol. Well Im almost 2 months post surgery (Tummy tuck) from the first weight loss. Ive gained weight since then. My surgeon says its from being inactive for 2 months while healing, and also Im healing so my mind tells me to eat more calories to help heal....and appearently get big thights! lol. I really want to get back on track, learn to eat well and start exercising. Sooooo.... 1. Going to do zumba classes 1-2 a week for metal wellness and calorie burning. I know I should go more but Im a single mom so I can only find someone to watch her once, maybe twice, a week. 2. Start drinking more water, less coffee and NO sugary pops or iced coffees. 3. Jump back on LA weightloss. I have all my old stuff and sheets ect.
