That was a very interesting article and it makes complete sense. If you only eat 1200 calories a day of processed, crap food, it's not going to matter how many calories you burn since you're not feeding your body the right foods. I'm really trying to get away from bad calories and eat more good calories. A friend steered me toward Michi's Ladder and it has really helped me out!
