I did good this week! I'm excited for the challenges presented in our Biggest Loser game. It's on! There are so many aspects to the challenges that I get a little confused, but I think that if I keep up with the classes, I tend to do a little better cardio-wise. I need to eat more I think. I got a little confused on this site too this weekend so I just doctored it the best I could without having to redo stuff. I've been going through some stuff emotionally so it's been a little easier not to eat. I can't shove food in my mouth if I'm crying. Also, I am now off of birth control pills and done breastfeeding so I think that's why I'm losing weight at a slightly more rapid pace than I "should" be. I'm sure my weight loss will slow down. I'm in this for life. I'm not dieting...I'm changing my food habits forever!
