wow. way off schedule, way off routine, unexpected life events. pretty stressful. but, no matter what I cannot control.....i AM ALWAYS in control of what I put in my mouth. I will NEVER deviate or eat junk or go over calories when life is topsy turvey or emotions are imbalanced. I'M IN CONTROL!
