Great attitude! Trying to make it fun/interesting is the key. Experiment with ingredients you have never seen or used before, try cooking techniques you have never done— randomly select a recipe out of a cookbook and make it. Healthier eating and trying to control your weight is so much easier if you are open to trying new things. My neighbor is East Indian by way of Kenya, Africa. She has turned me on to foods and flavor profiles that I didn’t even know existed. So much fun. Now they have been permanently incorporated into my food choices and recipe rotation.
Today she and I are going to go pick dandelions for a dish she taught me to make—

Good, keep having fun with your journey! I dropped the fat with walking last year then gained 21lbs since December to add a little muscle. Now I will drop the fat again. It is fun to watch the body change over time with the hard work.
