bang alfian, defisit kaloriku di 2100, asupan karbo dibawah 200gr, gula dibawah 65gr, serat diatas 20gr, protein 1,5gr x bb, lemak dibawah 100gr dan gar dibawah 2000mg. jdi aku makan apa aja yg penting asupan terpenuhi
