2.5 weeks on 3600 cals a day. Down from 228lbs to just under 210lbs. Abs starting to pop and veins showing when I flex down hard. This will be last week of deficit then back to a surplus next week. Swole is the goal.

A deficit at 3600 calories is nice. It sucks on days like today where I don't feel like eating at all. And the bulking at 4300+ is expensive and tiring at times. Keep up the good work!
