Quick personal update:
My clothes are fitting more loosely! I’m feeling better emotionally! I have more energy throughout the day! I’m starting to settle into a routine! I don’t beat myself up if I decide to go over calories on a day or two because my weekly average is still low and at the end of the week I’ve still been dropping the EL BEES! All of this is motivation to keep it up!
