Just a little tip for anyone that wants to hear. I brought homemade Low carb Broccoli and cheese soup( a new recipe I got of off FS by the way,, is delish) for lunch,, I wanted some protein with it,, so I opened a can of Swanson's Chicken drained it and added to to the soup and warmed it . Problem solved and it was awesome . I will do it again tomorrow .
