Pagi td selesai latihan ABS, pake 9 latihan, masing-masing 80x. Btw, skitar 2 thn lalu, pernah kepikiran, abis lahiran anak ke-4, usia mau kepala 4, bisa ga ya punya perut rata atau sixpack, ternyt dgn konsisten fitnes + jaga pola makan, ga ada yg mustahil

Mountain climbers to side 4×20
Spiderman plank 4×20
Flutter kick 4x20
Russian twist 4x20
Side plank hip up 4x20
Seated in and out 4x20
Elbow plank sekuatnya, set pertama coba 30 detik, tapi kl msh tll mudah set 2 tambahin jadi 40 detik, set 3 jd 50 detik, set 4 60 detik
