January was a very good month for me.
I didn't drink all month.
I played with dumbbells several times a week without any injury
I lost 10 lbs, took my bodyfat from 32.1% to 31.0%.
I started group therapy 3 nights a week. I've gained some knowledge and am able to apply some of it.
