that's the problem with scales, they're all so different so while they might report different numbers, remember it's the direction that counts. :-)

When I switched from my "doctor's scale" (with the weights to move) to my digital one, I found out that I actually weighed three pounds more than I had been reporting. It was a bummer.

Know the feeling well. Just keep coming here. Face your fear here. When I did. and as I often do, I just break it down to "just for today" then I can move forward instead of quitting. A thousand times in as many days . I stopped counting...Good? NO?😂🧓🤣
