kakak2 mau tanya ya, aneh nggak sih timbangan stuck selama 1 bulan tapi contoh lingkar tangan sama lingkar paha lumayan susut. terus kalo garam pengikat air di dlm tubuh apa nggak papa kita ganti kaldu jamur?

@zezenevia gak usah khawatir kk,BB stuck nggak selalu terjadi karena retensi air koq aplgi kalau udh ada lingkar yg menyusut mlh bagus brrti kemungkinan lemak kk menyusut dan massa ototnya naik,gak harus menghindari garam koq asal nggak berlebihan,batas konsumsi sodium perhari maksimal sekitar 2500mg.
