Woke at 197.4; hit 194.8 after 16:8 IF and 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill. Targeting 1000 calories today. Looked at the calendar and recognized that I would be on vacation on the full day of the 30th. So, I’m going to reserve about 2000 calories for that day. That means I need to do about 1000 a day until then to hit my monthly calorie goal of 1972 per day. I’m going to give it a shot. Don’t need to, but I want to.
