So I decided no exercise this week. I will start on Monday. I needed a break. Ever since I got home from Alaska I have been non stop go go go. Between VBS at the church, being 4 hrs behind and looking for a place to live it has been so stressful and just to have to add exercising on top of that, I just cant! Im lucky if I get to eat and I havent been eating right. Next week that will all change I can get back into the swng of things and not have anything major I need to do. You definitely have had a lot going on!! Perhaps a huge understatement!! Thanks for taking the time to comment on my journal yesterday. I do think you and I share a lot of similarities ... I find myself thinking sometimes ... I should email yogamama and ask her "this" or "that"!!!
A week is just a week. Hopefully you'll find a nice place to live and then the moving and then settling into your routine in your new place!! You are still doing well ... I know you aren't eating as well as you would like and exercise just doesn't seem to be fitting in right now but STILL ... remember!!!! This is a journey and a good journey isn't the same every single day ... that would be SOOOOOOOOOOO BORING!!!! You are and will do fine!!! Keep us posted ... remember you are WORTH it!!!!!!!!
