Getting ready to go on vacation. I'm so glad I have this Induction behind me.....I'm going about 10 lbs lighter, and I have a pretty good routine so know what to eat while we travel. Will equip myself with Atkins bars, bottled water, a few sodas and unsweetened iced tea, some vegies and a few nuts (the right serving size packed into small baggies). When we eat out, I know enough now to make careful selections. At the reunion, I have no idea what they will be serving so will have my own stash of basics if needed. Can't wait to get back and weigh in! I ALWAYS gain weight while traveling and generally get bloated and feeling yucky, so this (I hope) will be a new experience.
