I tend to have a cuppa which seems to do the trick. Another thing I do to change my habit of eating while watching TV is to read a book or weed my garden before it gets too dark (actually, I've done gardening in the twilight and by moonlight😁) its relaxing and takes my mind off food. Maybe a short stroll or doing a task may help you.

What Treeslaugh said... but also it depends why you are still hungry... is it hunger or thirst or habit? Maybe add more protein to your main meal, grab a glass of water with a squeeze of lemon or lime, this time of the year a small handful of blueberries (or any other berries) straight from the freezer is pretty satisfying too if you need the sweet hit after dinner... good luck 👍

Try some low-fat Chobani/proper greek yoghurt with berries and/or cinnamon. Gets me though when actively losing weight.

I have a glass of low calorie diet ginger beer. I think it is the gas in the carbonated drink that fills me up.

Do something else for a while and then see if you are still hungry in 30 mins. If I am hungry after dinner, I like low fat youghurt or shredded cheese.

sugar free jelly. 1ltr is 14 calories. your basically filling up on water.
🍉 you could eat an entire 1/4 and not go over calories.
🥒 if you feel like something savoury, peel a cucumber and cover it in salt.
