Anyone can help??

My RDI is 2300 calories every date whereas it is 1800 required on MyfitnessPal
94 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Eat more salad and decrease fat intake.

RDI is required daily intake to maintain current weight. MfPal shows the calories you need to reduce abc kgs from your current weight.

Take less caloric diet, more veggies and fruits. 
drink more water but not with meals after 1hr of meals when you are craving to eat use smaller plates and bowls exercise
