Anne : iya tiap hari buah 3 jenis misal pisang apel pir , atau pisang apel jeruk yg penting 3 jenis. Trus kalo sayur stiap hari 100gr bayam + tumisan sayur 300gr + nasi 200gr + protein contoh ayam atau tahu atau tempe 100gr / telur 2-3 butir .
Malem minum teh hijau.
