So I'm back on this site and back in the weight-loss game. I want to STAY on the weight loss game forever instead of getting motivated for 2 months and then losing myself for another few months.
I have 24 lbs to lose. My goal is to lose it by October 9th. That gives me 11 weeks which is 2.1 lbs per week. Eeeek!! I know it's unlikely that I'll get there but I can live with 15 lbs and just continue to lose the remaining weight after October 9th.
Right now I'm making it a daily habit to go to the gym every day (or at least Mon-Thurs and then either swimming or hiking on Sunday). I'm mixing Spin (Cycle) classes with Bootcamp classes. Both burn at elast 500 calories within an hour. I'm also eating a lot better, smaller portions, and less carbs. If only i can get myself to sleep more than 5 hours a night...
Anyway, I'm back on here to once and for all MAKE THAT CHANGE.
