Challenging my mindset today after reading from spicehorn.
I am at a stage now where I am comfortable fasting 16 hours a day (8pm till lunchtime) and eating 800 calories of healthy eating.
So what if I don’t lose weight, would I give up and eat more? The answer is NO. Is it guaranteed I will lose the weight / of course not! I am not in a negative cycle of overeating, so trust the journey!
