Calorie counting feels like such a chore these days… maybe I should take a break from it😔

Take a break and relax, for now you know your portion. Try for one week rest than check your weight if it’s same then keep going without counting. I also had break for 1 month and nothing happens bad. I can understand you that it’s really annoying when you have to count every piece of meal. Hugs, you are not alone in this🤗

Thank You Alina! I will try something similar. Hope the months of counting taught me proper portions ☺️ I looked at mindful eating for a while Elle, it seems like so much hassle but probably I’m just lazy to start 😂?

i thought the same few days ago after continuing for a whole year. quitted it. but I'm back again. maybe you should take a break, if like it,then continue; if not, come again
