Oh the Double Stuffed Oreos wouldn't leave me alone!! Way too many of those today. :) I feel like crap now so better motivation to be more consistent and strict with the diet.

Hi Missy! You are doing great, keep up with the good work. We all have slip ups and occasionally fall off the wagon, those Oreos do have lots of temptation.... but it's important to remember today you've gotta get back on and stick with it. You're 2lbs closer to your goal and before you know it you'll reach your ugw! Were all here with support! Good luck! :)
