Have been dieting well for 9 days now. I am starting to drink slim fast shakes tomorrow. I will replace Breakfast and Lunch and then have a Light and Healthy Dinner. Can't wait to see the results! I will weigh in every Monday.

You're doing great, you might try substituting the shake with the SF meal bars occasionally they're yummy (As far as meal bars go) and they give you the sensation of actually eating something.
