ini seragam 2 tahuh yg lalu.. waktu tim covid, slsai tgs udh gak dpke lg krn udh gak muat.. waktu it gak knl timbangan wkwkwk.. baru tersadar pada saat BB Udah 95kg. alhmdlh kenal defisit kalori.. hari ini udah mnjalnkan 42hari.. BB Skrg 86kg.
