My Weight has been fluctuating a lot being sick. Some days I can eat some days not which I know screws up my metabolism can't really help it till I get feeling better. I did still manage to ride Sunday,Monday and Wednesday I still managed to get some of a workout in but not my usual. Oh well tomorrow's another day!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

I hope you get to feeling better soon! It is hard to eat when you're feeling bad...nothing ever seems to sound good. Just do what you can till you're back at 100%.
