Thanks for sharing this information Crystaljo74, I always cook my vegetables until they are soft, for some reason I have a hard time eating crunchy vegetables,now I can eat carrot sticks but that's it. Lol I hope you have a wonderful day today.

Did you do it at home or facility? I had one at a facility 9 years ago and have used a cpap machine eversince. My husband used a machine at home to do his. Much better! You don’t have wires glued everywhere and plugged in to a wall. Not good for anxiety at all!:) lol
