Hey so what’s the key thing you credit for this bulking success? Then muscles looks dense

Supergainz1, I would say not eating like an asshole has played a huge part. I keep it clean and kept it consistent. Lots of red meat, lots of chicken breast pre and post workout, lots of eggs and A LOT of white rice. Stuff that your body can digest easily and actually use. I put on almost 40lbs since February of this year and managed to keep my abs and still look vascular as f*#k.

I have most of that check besides red meat and eggs. Nobody talks about the dark side of bulking... during inflation.... that shit is costly!! But I have fresh eggs everyday that I haven’t been eating. Will be eating them lots again soon. Gaining 40lbs with abs is like steroid results, I mean that as a compliment tho. This is the best bulk I have ever seen.

Yes bulking is going to suck with these prices. Chicken just went up another 15% this week, now $4.50/lb. Lean ground beef is $8.99/lb, eggs are $4-$7 a dozen. I'm about to raise chickens for eggs. I'll be setting up a garden for the spring as well. I'm limited to what I can grow. We have short summers and we are at 6700ft elevation. I'll start with zucchini, onions and lettuce and see how it goes.

That's why I refrain from gaining 40 pounds while staying vascular af, the price. That's it!

That’s my reason also...... if it wasnt for the beef at 8.99lb I’d be lookin like pain right now.... or randy couture 🤔
