Although I think my diet is varied, something is obviously wrong because I haven't lost any weight this week and it is time to try something else. Having tried Weight Watchers and various others, even Paul McKenna diet, all thats left is Slimming World. Will be popping along this evening to see. Hope I find 1 that works.
